I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites, Memphis East. The room was immaculate, and I found the bed exceptionally comfortable, providing me a restful sleep. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Staff friendliness could be improved during check-in.

The room was clean and well stocked, really felt like a safe place to just unwind. The bed was comfy, I even got to sleep in a little longer, which is rare for me.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, sometimes you gotta treat yourself.

I stayed in a studio queen suite for a night and the bed was super comfy and clean. Check-in was smooth and they gave my deposit back quick. I enjoyed the comfort of the room and appreciated having a kitchenette during my extended stay. It made preparing meals much more convenient. I could also easily keep up with my exercise routine in the gym, which had ample cardio equipment. At night, I relaxed in the shared lounge area, soaking in the ambiance.

However, the air conditioning was set to a minimum of 68 degrees, and I found the check-in experience somewhat disappointing due to a lack of friendliness from the staff.
